What is Cost Analysis? - Put simply it is the process of ensuring best value from your suppliers to your business.
This often means significant reductions in overheads and expenses.
How it Works – Our procedure is:
Initial Appraisal – Cadantis would make an appointment for an initial meeting to discuss key areas where cost savings could be achieved.
The Cost Audit – once an agreed list of cost categories has been made, Cadantis will need access to current purchase invoices / contracts to arrive at the benchmark cost that forms part of the agreement.
This process will be done as quick as possible with minimal disruption to our clients.
The Cost Analysis – from the audit, Cadantis will analyse all invoices making sure that we understand exactly what our client’s demand from any future suppliers. We will take into account other criteria such as quality issues, supplier capabilities and lead times to make sure we match the right suppliers to your business needs. We will obtain new prices from our extensive database of proven suppliers along with your current suppliers if you have been happy with the service they have provided you in the past.
The Cost Reduction Report – We will prepare a report that compares your current benchmark price by cost category against the new price that has been sourced by Cadantis. The report will show our recommended course of action to be taken and this will be influenced not only by cost but also quality and service.
Implementation – Cadantis will initiate the new prices/ contracts for our clients and will remain in regular contact to make sure that the client is happy with all aspects of our service.
Fee Structure:
Cost Reduction –
Our fee for this service is 50% of savings achieved for an agreed period of time between 12 and 36 months, if no savings are made then no fees are charged.
Asset Disposal –
An agreed percentage of the sale value is agreed in advance.
